I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a private bathroom. The hotel had great facilities, including a lovely garden and eating area. The location was convenient, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach. The staff even showed me around on my first day, making it easy for me to get around. The breakfasts were delicious and there was also the option to have meals at the hotel, which were both tasty and affordable. this hotel provided excellent service and a comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was simple yet charming, with beautiful traditional African artwork and colorful fabrics. The general areas, such as the courtyard and lounge, were comfortable and perfect for relaxing and socializing. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with easy access to all areas and no stairs or obstacles to navigate.

I would have appreciated a wider variety of activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this lodge. Despite the rough road leading to the lodge, the friendly doorman greeted me with a contagious smile. The cook was also very pleasant and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond to help with organizing trips and taxis. I had a great experience and would recommend this budget accommodation for its helpful staff and friendly atmosphere.

The room we stayed in at Kotu Island Lodge was amazing! It had a private bathroom with free toiletries, which was a big plus for our family with two small kids. The tile/marble floor and sofa in the room made it feel so cozy and comfortable.

The tumble dryer in the bungalow was not really necessary for us. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Lodge. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The room was comfortable with a big bed and a bathroom. The free airport pick-up was a great advantage. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and the beach within a 10-minute walk. The breakfast was delicious and there were beautiful birds in the garden. We also enjoyed a tasty fish meal and wine. it was excellent accommodation with a helpful team and a great value.

the team at island lodge made my stay in kotu unforgettable. they went above and beyond to assist me with transportation, money exchange, and organizing trips. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. everything was perfect during this holiday.

Thin curtains let in too much light.

Efficient staff, good food always, flexible breakfast times, basic but comfy rooms, plenty of hot water.

They made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.- We were provided with two key location facts - the lodge was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area, and it was a safe and secure environment.

The internet connection was a bit slow, but it was stable enough for us to stay connected during our stay. The lodge was not within walking distance of notable restaurants, shops, or beaches.

Exceptional staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful! The food was good and reasonably priced. The lodge was lovely intimate welcoming environment. The place was kept very clean at all times. My additional needs were met, and service was above expectations.

Cleanliness was lacking a bit in the bathroom and on the floor. The area is fine, but the road leading to the lodge was very rough.
